OUR STORY

"Sharma Ji Ka Tadka" was born out of a simple belief:
Great cooking starts with great spices.

What began as a passion project in a small kitchen has
transformed into a mission to bring fresh, pure spices
directly to your home. We believe that every meal deserves
the best ingredients, and every family deserves access to
authentic, freshly-ground masalas without compromise.

Our founder, [KIRTI], grew up watching his/her
grandmother grind spices fresh every week. The aroma,
the color, the taste - everything was incomparable to
store-bought masalas. Years later, she realized that most families had moved away from this tradition, accepting stale, bulk-ground spices filled with fillers
and additives.

That's when "Sharma Ji Ka Tadka" was born.

We decided to do what grandmother's did - grind fresh, pack with care, deliver with love.

We source our raw material from different regions of Punjab. We ensure raw material quality during sourcing. We believe high quality raw material produces high quality end products.

STEP 2: RECEIVING & TESTING (Day 1)
Upon arrival, every batch is tested for:

- Initial quality assessment

STEP 3: CLEANING (Day 1-2)
Traditional cleaning methods remove any impurities:

STEP 4: FRESH GRINDING (Weekly)
We don't stockpile. We grind weekly.
